Dr. Judith Parker

jparkerDr. Judith Parker has over 20 years experience in leadership positions within business organizations emerging into the global market and has been instrumental in leading them toward becoming global learning organizations. For the past decade she has worked extensively with technical managers and technical employees in Asia, Europe, Latin America and South Africa in management education and training and technical employee skill development. This included developing and implementing global corporate education plans for assessment and delivery of courses on leadership and state of the art technologies. Dr. Parker's academic experience includes teaching leadership, organizational development, and adult learning theory and practice in doctoral programs at Teachers College/ Columbia University and St. Mary's University of Minnesota using totally on-line format, totally classroom format and blended delivery. She also teaches college physics and astronomy. She has presented numerous papers at conferences globally including the Academy of Management, American Association of Physics Teachers, American Society of Training and Development, College Industry Education, Quality and Productivity Management Association, Business and Multimedia Conference in Ireland, Lisbon 2000 European Conference on ODL Networking for Quality Learning, and World Open Learning for Business Conferences in the UK. She has been elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, and has received the American Association of Physics Teachers Innovative Teaching Award, the Park College Educational Partnership Award, and the Silver Award by the International Compact Disc Interactive Association

RS Moorthy, MS, Former Vice President & Director for Global Accounts Operations and Knowledge Management, Motorola. Victoria J. Marsick

Victoria J. Marsick is a Professor of Adult & Organizational Learning, Department of Organization and Leadership, Columbia University, Teachers College. She co-directs the J.M.Huber Institute for Learning in Organization at Teachers College with Martha Gephart. Prior to joining Teachers College, she was a Training Director at the United Nations Children's Fund. She holds a Ph.D. in Adult Education from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.P.A. in International Public Administration from Syracuse University. Dr. Vijay Padaki

Prof. Carol Huang
