CSEND's Academy for Preparation of Trainers and Educators (ApproPriaTE™)
In order to enlarge the pool of qualified human resources, CSEND-ApproPriaTE™ will undertake the task of training of ISO 10015 audit and management personnel. Individuals who have successfully completed the training programme for auditors and consultants, or for professional trainers, will receive registered certificates from CSEND-ApproPriaTE™.
Train-of-Trainer Programme (TOT)
The primary purpose of the TOT programme is to develop high quality trainers/educators in the vital area of human capital development, preparing them to become the lead trainers of their organisations and to apply the ISO 10015 standard to the learning processes for which they are responsible for. The TOT provides graduate level instruction in designing, implementing, and facilitating both human and organisation development.
The TOT programme is targeted at professional trainers and instructors who are interested to advance their professional competence and to achieve international (Swiss) certification and recognition.

Training of ISO 10015 Professionals (TOAC) Auditors, Consultant
The primary purpose of the TOAC programme is to develop high quality auditors and consultants in the vital area of ISO 10015, preparing them to become the internal or external consultants and assessors and to apply the ISO 10015 standard to training systems. The TOAC provides graduate level instruction in ISO conformity assessment in the training sector and sectoral expertise regarding adult learning, training technology, and consulting.
The TOAC programme is targeted at professional quality managers, auditors, consultants who are interested to broaden their professional competence and to achieve international certification by CSEND/ApproPriaTE™ for ISO 10015.
